The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to publicize next month's bout.
Ex two-time unified title holder Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge disparity - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will injure his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to really want to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually recognized for his theatrics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead criticized former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, targeted British rival Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
However, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, regularly earning substantial paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old anticipated a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would stop the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul stated.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul participated in the customary stare-down, with their size difference on show, it emphasized just how improbable this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is actually happening.
