Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this latest document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend labelling various parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
